Described on it’s title screen as a “low-tech massively-multiplayer online zombie apocalypse game” the game gained a fairly large following early on as players sought to climb the skills ladder available to players (two different trees, unique to either zombies or living survivors).
The walking dead is a graphic novel (Yep, Comic Book) dealing with a small band of survivors and their efforts to carve out some sort of civilization in a zombie wasteland.
It’s been discussed over beers, it’s been debated in internet forums, it’s been dismissed by experts everywhere. Zombie survival has always been an interesting diversion when disaster oriented types gather.
